Duels: shoot the other ship until its health ring runs out to win the round. First to 5 rounds wins the match. Your ship drifts like a real spaceship: it keeps moving after you stop thrusting, so brake to slow down.
vs Computer fight a computer pilot on Easy, Normal or Hard. Online duel plays a friend on another device; anyone else with the link can watch. Arenas change the battlefield: the Gravity Well pulls ships and shots towards a black hole that burns if you touch it. Power-ups appear during fights: a shield, a speed boost and triple shot.
Fly solo through stages of enemy ships: drones ram you, gunners fire bursts, snipers lock on with a red line before firing, bombers lob exploding shells, guardians block shots from the front, phantoms turn invisible and miners lay mines. Every 10th stage is a boss: beat it to save a checkpoint. Every point you score is a credit to spend in the upgrade shop (hull, engine, weapons, reload). The daily challenge gives everyone the same waves for the day: one life, no upgrades, best score on the leaderboard. Co-op takes on the waves with a friend online. P or Esc pauses.

Auto-aim (button or T) sends your shots at the closest enemy, whichever way you're facing. Brackets show what it's locked on to.
Range guide (button, on at the start) draws where your current weapon's shots will fly and marks where they'll stop, so you can tell whether a shot will reach. It goes faint while you're reloading. Press the button again to turn it off.
Game controllers left stick steers (push further to thrust), A or RT fires, X or Y switches weapon, LT brakes, RB thrusts. On one computer, controller 1 flies Blue and controller 2 flies Red.
Phones and tablets push the joystick the way you want to fly (push it further to speed up), hold GO to accelerate and BRAKE to stop drifting, hold FIRE to shoot, tap WEAPON to switch. Tap the corner button for full screen and turn your phone sideways.
